Free DWG Viewer is an application for viewing DWG, DXF, DWF (for web sharing), XDL, as well as CSF files. It also detects Xref, and the user doesn't need to have AutoCAD installed to manage these file formats.
This program is standalone software for desktop users, based on IGC Brava program (ActiveX), that can be called from other applications or directly from Windows Internet Explorer (IE4+).
Once Free DWG Viewer has open a supported file, user can markup and scalable print the displayed objects with watermarks and banners, drawing compare and save to PDF functions by means of another free application from the same pubkishers.
This is a free and light application for viewing AutoCAD files in DWG, DXF and DWF formats, and it can run on a Windows based desktop PC or from usual internet browsers such as Windows Internet Explorer (IE4+), Firefox or Netscape browsers.
These drawing image files can be shown with full zoom / pan / eyeglass / rotate / layering controls / displays in monochrome mode, etc.,
Free DWG Viewer can save views to JPEG, and it supports accurate snap to point measuring. |
